We currently ship to all 50 states within the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii. We also offer shipping to U.S. territories and military APO/FPO addresses. Additionally we offer worldwide shipping.

Standard Shipping
Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location and the time of year. During peak seasons, such as holidays, there may be slight delays.
Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 5-7 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next few business day. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.
Order Flexibility
Orders can be canceled or modified within 2 hours of placing them, plenty of time to double-check your wishlist!
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your package. Please allow 48-72 hours for the tracking information to become available.
Custom Delays
We have no control over customs delays and apologize for any inconvenience caused by them.
Lost or Stolen Packages
The Ugly Sweaters is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your package shows as delivered but you have not received it, please contact the carrier directly. We will do our best to assist you in resolving the issue.
